Executive Coaching and Mentoring
Executive Coaching is a dynamic, interactive relationship between a client and a qualified coach that fosters self-awareness, accountability, and reflection, leading to enhanced decision-making, interpersonal effectiveness, confidence, productivity, and work-life balance. Mentoring is a development-focused relationship where an experienced mentor supports a mentee in achieving specific career goals through knowledge transfer. Both approaches are powerful tools for personal and professional growth.
We work with organizations to establish in-house mentoring frameworks and provide knowledge transfer in key business areas. Our coaches are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the British Psychological Society (BPS), using ICF’s 11 competencies to deliver impactful personal and professional development.
Career Coaching
Career coaching deals with work-related aspects such as employability, diversity, change of career, work-life balance, training and career development, career progression, stress, and work-related ailments. Other challenges that may occur such as change management, relationship issues, performance, decision-making, and implementation. Coaching activities focus on the individual’s career concerns; the process should lead to increased clarity, personal change, and forward action.
Team Facilitation
Having the flexibility to manage change and conflict when working in a team leads to better collective performance and working alliance. Team development aims at unlocking potential, raising awareness, and improving communication which results in effective collaboration, goal attainment, resolving differences, and appreciating the strengths and the areas of development in other’s which leads to higher organisational performance. We work with Boards, Executive teams, and strategic business units who are looking at improving their partnership.
