Assessment
Personality Assessment
How someone behaves at work has a high impact on how successful their performance is in their respective roles. Personality tools help identify typical ways that people relate to others, approach tasks and respond to situations. We use tools from leading test publishers selected on the basis of their validity, reliability and objectivity.
Emotional Intelligence
The EQ-i 2.0 provides an in-depth understanding of an individual’s emotional functioning in five different areas:
Self-perception
Self-expression
Interpersonal
Decision Making
Stress Management
The EQ-i 2.0 can be used in recruitment, identifying potential and development interventions.
360 Surveys
A professional feedback tool designed to help professionals develop their skills, measure progress over time, and identify blind spots of behaviour and how they impact others. The 360 assessment provides an in-depth analysis by having people who work with the individual provide information about them. Then the observer’s ratings are compared with the results of the self-report in order to get a complete 360-degree profile. The profile identifies key strengths that can improve the performance of the individual and benefit the organisation.

Competency Based Interviews
Competency based interviews are structured situational, behavioural or competency related interviews evaluating specific skills or competencies in relation to the identified competencies for the role.
